Custom Branding for qualified Partners
For select partners, ApexChat offers custom branding. This means the product will have no mention of ApexChat, either in look or feel or server URL. New Chat window and Invitation style will be developed for the partners. Chat window will have the Partner’s custom Powered By logo. Our platform is built from the ground up to suport this type of custom branding. This will allow partner to promote and strengthen their own brand instead of promoting the chat provider.
Partner Portal
Our Partner portal will enable you to view reports and change information for your existing customers.
Ability to Integrate with your System
Partners will be able to integrate with our system through web services. They will be able to pull data for chats, leads and visitors into their system. They will also have the ability to pause and restart chat for their customers.
